In all my roles, I have actively championed and promoted ethnic and gender equity and diversity internally - even helping shift internal agendas to prioritise DE&I. At some of the largest global companies, I have used best-of-breed HR tech solutions to drive key business outcomes and combined consulting, analytics, and technology to improve human performance and meet key metrics. Most of my career has been in senior leadership positions in companies such as Kenexa (now part of IBM), Glint and Syndio. I am originally from Kolkata, India, but I’ve had the pleasure of working and living all over Europe, including Paris, Munich, and Vienna, and I am currently based in London. Tell us a bit about your background and your projects so far. You can walk in with a love for dogs and eagerness to learn and all you take away is a broken spirit and a tiny paycheck. camp bow wow has so much potential to set itself apart from other doggie daycares in the area but instead of putting energy into bettering their protocols and employee/customer satisfaction, the energy is spent on penny pinching, gossiping, rumors, and drama. this is by far the most disappointing aspect of working at this place. The dogs are unfortunately treated with intense favoritism, which is arguably encouraged by staff. they are shady, fake, unprofessional, and untrustworthy. you are there to make their lives easier and they rarely lift a finger for their employees in return. when it comes to money, even with experience, you are paid the least amount possible. only one of them takes their job seriously. there is no respect among coworkers and the management is a joke. not only is the work culture unfair and toxic, but if you aren’t liked by certain managers or people “in charge”, you are treated less than human. Camp bow wow is one of the most disappointing and depressing places to work. ![]()
